Unboxing my experience

I was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous staff who went the extra mile to assist with my stay! The large room offered a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was a real highlight, featuring freshly cooked options. A great find in a central location with good dining options.

The hotel was strategically positioned, making it a breeze to stroll around the city. The room was clean and had a smart TV which was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the pool area. it provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. It was wonderful to find a quality breakfast buffet that offered freshly cooked options to kickstart each day. I did encounter issues with the air conditioning that was stuck on heat, which made for an uncomfortable night during my stay.

The food selection was limited and frequently cold during meals. Parking costs 18€ per day, and the underground parking is incredibly tight. Check-in was a hassle, with mix-ups about room availability, and I had to deal with flat pillows despite the hotel being busy. air conditioning was stuck on heat and there were reports of cockroaches in the room.

I greatly appreciated the central location, making it easy to explore Andorra la Vella. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting me effectively with my inquiries. The breakfast was delightful, featuring freshly cooked options and a variety of quality choices.

Property feels somewhat aged.
